What clients think

A recent survey to monitor the health of client/agency relationships reveals a fascinating snapshot of how clients view their agencies, and how we, as an agency can learn from these insights to improve and grow. Some of the key findings are below and the full article can be viewed here (design week article). It’s heartening to see that despite tough trading times, clients still rate creativity so highly and that they desire their agency to challenge them and continue to work collaboratively.
